The Thrive! Union Minority Business (THUMB) Directory is supported mainly through Thrive! Union, a consortium of non-profits and citizens who seek an equitable and vibrant community.

For businesses
Businesses eligible for the directory are:
- At least 51% majority owned by a minority business owner.
- Majority owner must reside in Union County, N.C., or 51% of the businesses’ revenue must be from Union Co., N.C.
For customers
You can view the directory as a Guest, without registering, or opt in as THUMB Directory Insider. This lets business owners know you are interested in supporting their growth.
